Easy Returns Policy

While we fully stand by the products that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you wanted.

That is why we have a 30-day general return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for non customizable products.
Please refer to the Vendor Specific Return Policy bellow for the exact policy of each product by it's manufacturer as exceptions do apply.

 

Vendor specific return policy

Leonhart

Should you need to cancel an order, we offer a 97% refund before the shipment of the Leonhart foosball table. (Due to a 3% transaction fee)

After shipping, returns are accepted within 30 days at your transportation cost, subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in "like new" condition, without any marks of damage or misuse. Restocking fees are $200 for tables and $20 for parts, plus any repair or discount costs incurred.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please make a claim within 3 weeks of purchase. For lost items, claims must be made within 2 weeks of the notified delivery date.

In case of an incorrect address, reshipment will be at your cost if an insufficient address was provided. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.

 

Teckell

Given that Teckell's tables are meticulously handcrafted to order, returns are not supported. Each table is a unique work of art, tailored to your specifications, and crafted with precision by our skilled artisans.

We understand the importance of your satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. In the rare event that your foosball table arrives with manufacturing defects or damages, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to assess the situation and find a satisfactory resolution.

 

Roberto Sport

If, within 30 days of acquiring your table, you find yourself reconsidering your purchase, we allows returns. However, for the return to be processed, the table must remain unopened and in its original packaging.

After you send us the table we will verify that it is in fact unopened and send you your money back. In case the table was tampered with we will contact you about delivering the table back to you since we can't accept opened tables .Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

It's important to note that we offers a comprehensive two-year warranty covering any production defects, ensuring the longevity and quality of your foosball table.

If you're not satisfied, you can return the item in new, unassembled condition within 30 days. Here's how:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA): Contact us for an RA number and shipping instructions.

  2. Pack and Ship: Write the RA number on a slip inside the original packaging and on the exterior of the package. Use a secure, trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Shipping costs for delivery and returns are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, email help@mancaveempire.com or call 855-924-4457. We’ll either send replacement parts or issue a return authorization and shipping carrier call tag. Report any shipping damages within 3 days of delivery by emailing pictures to help@mancaveempire.com.

Note: Check packaging and item conditions upon delivery and report damages immediately. For products bought elsewhere, contact the original seller for claims.

 

 

Special Considerations for Select Products

Please be aware that certain items, due to manufacturer policies or being custom-made, may have more restrictive return conditions that differ from our standard 30-day return policy. This includes products like special orders, custom made or personalized items. For specific details related to your purchase, refer to the "Returns" information on the product page, as each product's page contains pertinent information or feel free to get in touch with our customer support. 

 

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@mancaveempire.com or call us at 855-924-4457. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we send you after discussion as warehousing might be different for different states.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Check the "Returns" information on the product page - All products have this page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Allowing us to process this after calling us would be the fastest.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
