Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that during peak shopping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. High volumes of orders and postal service problems can occasionally affect delivery times. We want to assure you that we are committed to keeping you informed and updated on the status of your order. If we anticipate significant delays, we will notify you promptly.

Free Shipping Details

  • Free shipping is applicable to most tables in our collection.
  • The availability of free shipping is clearly outlined in the product's "Shipping" section.

Shipping Costs

  • For products not eligible for free shipping, the associated costs will be detailed in the "Shipping" section on the product page.
  • Please review this information before completing your purchase to ensure clarity on shipping expenses.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time for each product is also provided in the "Shipping" section on the product page.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, your location, and other circumstances.

Shipping Process

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we initiate the shipping process.
  2. Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@mancaveempire.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not support shipping to P.O. boxes.

Lost Items Disclaimer

Please be aware that Mancave Empire is not responsible for any items that may be lost or misplaced during the shipping process. Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to assume liability for any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the loss of your package. We recommend monitoring your tracking details closely and reaching out to us so we can contact the shipping carrier directly in the event of any issues. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated, and we remain dedicated to providing assistance wherever possible.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange at no additional cost to our customers. You can read more about our returns and exchange policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@mancaveempire.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
