Delivery times average between 2 to 3.5 weeks, depending on your location and weather conditions, and free shipping is available for most regions in the U.S. 

All arcade cabinets from Quality Arcades are shipped fully assembled via freight carriers, ensuring they arrive safely and securely at your home.

These units, weighing between 95-130 lbs, are shipped on pallets and will require two people to carry them indoors. While delivery is curbside only, lift-gate service is included for easier handling.

Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your arcade machine, returns are accepted as long as the item is in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us within 1 day of delivery, and ensure the item is shipped back within 7 days.

Please note, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and if the item is not in its original condition, a reduction in the refund may apply.

Damages

Upon delivery, inspect your arcade machine thoroughly for any damages while the shipping carrier is still present.

If there are any damages, refuse the shipment and make sure the carrier notes the issue.

Contact us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement unit. Minor scratches or marks from transit are considered normal and do not qualify for a return.

Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our arcade machines, cancellations are not accepted once production begins.

In rare cases where cancellations are authorized, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Customizations such as wraps, light guns, or trackball additions are also non-refundable.

This arcade is has a 6-month limited warranty covering phone diagnostics and replacement parts for any defective components.

The warranty starts from the date of purchase and ensures that any issues related to the internal components are addressed.

However, the warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or any repairs conducted without prior authorization. Additionally, units used in business or rental properties are excluded from the warranty.

Please note, the TV warranty is handled separately through the manufacturer. For any concerns or warranty-related issues, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter​.
