We're pleased to offer FREE shipping to Mainland USA addresses on all Rene Pierre products. Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some trucking companies provide a 4-hour delivery window. See Shipping Policy for more details.

For foosball tables, the estimated delivery time is usually within 5-12 business days from the date of purchase. While most foosball tables are in stock, custom foosball tables or tables available for preorder are made to order and may take 4-8 weeks to arrive from France.

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a document confirming that you have inspected the item for transportation damages. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the product.

For Pre-Orders please note that we will contact you after you place the order to give you an estimate delivery date.

Rene Pierre's products are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against material defects for a specified period (details in the owner's manual). It does not cover normal wear and tear, and is void if the product is damaged by accident, improper use, or modifications.

The warranty period is 3 years for a residential order and 1 year for a commercial order. 

In case you encounter a problem with the table or for warranty claims, please contact us here. The warranty provides replacement parts but does not cover labor costs.

In case you need to register the warranty, please provide us copy of your proof of purchase, model number located on the front of your owner’s manual, name, address and phone number.
